Bio

Laura L. Pattermann is an Omaha Metro Area workers’ compensation attorney representing injured workers in Iowa and Nebraska. Laura and Gallner & Pattermann have been voted #1 Workers’ Compensation attorney in Omaha through Omaha Magazine’s Best of Omaha for the past 2 years (2025 & 2026). Additionally, Laura and Gallner & Pattermann have been selected by local businesses as Omaha’s Best in Workers’ Compensation Law through Omaha’s Business-to-Business Magazine Best of B2B for the past 3 years (2023, 2024, & 2025).

Laura was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She began practicing with Sheldon Gallner in 1994. In 2001, she and Sheldon formed Gallner and Pattermann. Laura and her husband, T.J., have two daughters, Morgan and Lauren. They have multiple fur babies including dachshunds, a Bassett hound, a German Shepherd, and a Bloodhound that keep them busy. They also have a grand dog. Laura has been very active in many roles in the community, charities, church and various legal organizations over the years. When not working she enjoys being on the lake and spending time with her husband, daughters, and all of the fur babies.
